Establishedmembers mean 30 great post for PM's being enabled. NO spam or you will get the banhammer before you even reach the 30 post and around 50-60 post for the signature. However you can start a thread anytime you want as long as you pay the $36 as a start
Been lurking for awhile and wanted to make an inquiry to a seller, went to go pm and hit that post wall.

I am not able to send a pm to contact. How many posts do I need to do before i am eligible to do so..
For new members: you need at least 12 posts to be able to PM the admins, and at least 15 posts to be able to PM other members
