How do you guys manage what you're owed?



i just remember it but i guess i need to start documenting it now. Working with 20+ networks is getting tough
 
I just log into the affiliate control panel of the merchant that owes and check my stats. They should keep track of what they owe you. Most even go back several years and give you an option to export the data into spread sheets.
 
am i only one that just uses a few reputable networks and assumes the check will be in the post every week, which it is

spreadsheet with a legend for different colors. The colors stand for different payment status. Also headings with pay date, if paid or not, network, amount, etc

If a network/affiliate program is not in the default database, email their support and ask for to be included.
