I mean, if someone is as unaccomplished as I am, is there a better way to build relationships with more successful people in a way other than ''buying into it''?

Not sure, but I'm quite confident bragging about how unaccomplished you are probably isn't the best way to go about it.

Well, I've leeched out quite a bit of information from this forum so it wouldn't hurt me that much even if I got banned. There's some good info here.
