good morning wickedfire

how the fuck does directCPV's bidding system work? and what exactly is the difference between interstitial vs popup ads? I'm taking my first stab at PPV marketing this week and I've had some minor success but I'm also really confused. FOR EXAMPLE:

For the sake of conversation, let's say I was bidding on the domain walmart.com with an email submit and I didn't expect to get any traffic since the current highest bid was $0.61 and I had set my bid to the minimum, $0.01. However, I ended up getting a few hundred clicks within about ~5 hours, which I realize isn't very much but it's still something.

how does that make any sense? oh, and heres some tits

btw, what exactly is interstitial vs popup? thanks

interstitial don't popup in a separate window, as in the case of a popup or popunder. they sneak their way into the same window as the target. I think directcpv's appear as a banner at the top? as opposed to say adbrite's, which are full page and load instead of the target, with a small 'skip' option at the bottom, clicking which takes you through to the target page.

wow.. man I hate to be rude but if you don't know diff in popup and interstitial you should rethink things a bit on ppv.

However, you should test both and see what works best for you
