Has anyone experienced difficulty marketing on Facebook?

Anyone involved in social network marketing.......would you share your experience working with Facebook? I know they changed the terms for affiliate marketers, but I thought I read somewhere that facebook was letting up a bit. Yesterday I came across an article from someone complaining that Facebook was shutting down his campaigns but still letting people click on the ads to run up his click expenses to them. (The post came up on google as "Facebooks new way of dealing with Affiliate traffic….Click Fraud em!"). This seems awful mean-spirited, if true. (unless of course he was scamming and not sharing the whole picture in his article).
I would love to hear more about how other peole are dealing with facebook.

Facebook is a piece of shit, they find new innovative ways to fuck affiliates everytime
As Hack put it, facebook is a piece of shit, Mark Zuckerberg is an asshole, and I hope facebook dies within a year.

Support is horrible.

Requested spend increase from $500 to $10k
- 5 days later: Sorry we can only give you $5k
- Spending limit still at $500 O_O

Request spend increase from $500 to $5k
- Has been a week, no response

end of story, hope you like

we'll all bitch about facebook and swear we're finished with it yet everyone will come back and try make it work 'cos that traffic and targetting just can't be ignored

I may hate them. But FB has paid my bills more then once, and I'm sure will continue to.

Well said harry.

I tried it once: got lots of clicks and ZERO sales. Maybe it will help for building a list, but I doubt it.
