How are they able to create ebooks let alone sales letters for the stupidest/easiest things? Am I getting it wrong,is it actually hard to install a php script (not very hard for me.)?

You could make an ebook about pretty much anything, and some douchebag(s) are gonna fall for it. But I think what this ebook idiot fails to realize, is that people who are knowledgeable enough to even know what PHP is - will already know how to do all those things.
