The funny thing is that the people who have the 10's of thousands of clicks a day are not necessarily making more money than the people with 100 clicks a day. It depends... do you pay for said clicks, or does the traffic flow in organically?

I have a client who engaged in arbitrage and got well 10,000 clicks per day. He made a tiny bit of money for a while but stopped the game when his profit margin slipped into the negatives. Meanwhile I've got another client with 500 clicks a day who's making a good living. At no point did the 10K client make more money than the 500 click client.

As some said, it's not just about the number of clicks ... the quality and how targeted they are is what makes all the difference.

I have affils with 10k clicks making just as much cash as the ones with 50k clicks.

Quality is the difference between a 3k a day profit and a 300$ a day profit :)

I just got my second click today. That's enough work for me, I'm off to find a liquid lunch. ;)

in case anyone was interested i started this poll b/c i was curious about a pricing model for something based on the amount of clicks affiliates get. The limited choices are due to the pricing model i was thinking about. anything over 1k wouldn't have made a diff...

But yeah, i'm not starting an AM service or anything. i was just exploring an idea i had.....

The results of this poll are interesting. It looks like n00bs on one end (me) and folks who've figured out how to scale or are just giving it everything they've got in the 900+ end.

If you are still doing less than 900 clicks after a few months and don't have any other income sources, considering frying burgers as more profitable is certainly a smart move.
