How many still pay for images?

Read the fine print on the CC license from Flickr, photos guys... Not all of them are fair game.
Virgin Mobile got the pants sued off them by a 15 year old girl who ended up in one of their campaigns here: Virgin sued for using teen's photo - Technology - smh.com.au

photos.com ftw....my last job had a subscription that they renew every year yet I still have the login/pass so basically I get all my stock images for free. woot!
As neat as that is... technically, you're not the one with the license, unless you've changed the account settings to send you the receipts. Just be careful with that cause it could bite you in the arse is all I'm saying.

That's because they forgot to read the license. That's a must. No matter how much you download illegally via torrent, laws are still in force out there.

I never really thought about the reciept, thats a good point, I guess its time to buy my own subscription. Good form harvey....

I always use Istock for my images, I've seen way too many people get sued and I've been way to close to loosing a fuck load of money because I got lazy and stole an image from another website.

I mean shit the prices of Istock are fucking cheap and the cost of getting sued is insane so don't be cheap just use Istock.
