'Super Affiliate' is a term of retardation that only means anything to newbies. An elite upper class whose income is translated to "more than you" without ever specifying.
Most people who use the term are full of shit. Those that aren't full of shit realize how shitty it looks, but for whatever reason have to maintain that 'image' with the retarded masses.

An example is that some guy was making good money, but he wanted to do less and still make the same, so he called himself a super affiliate and said I'm a pro sign up under me and you could be too.
After a few hundred thousand signups each person making the guy a few small bucks/month there is no need to do any more hard labour.
I've never really liked the people who brag online about being a super affiliate or the ones who brag about making so much money, who cares, they made tons, congradulations to them.
I'm happy making enough in a month to not have to work for 6 if I don't want too but why bother trying to determine how much that is since it'll be different for every single person.

My 'advices' to you is to follow the spinners PPC network for super affiliates. Two months worth of their PPC boot camp and you're considered a super affiliate.
