Ok I know all the 10months (or more) * revenue and similar things. I am NOT asking how much you would pay for it. I am asking how much it realisticly would go for on flippa in todays market. I would definitely not sell it for less than 800$ so I am expecting the answers maybe stop me from wasting 19$ fee there (if 800$ is not realistic to get for it)
