How much would you charge to build this site? (looking to hire a dev)

I am looking for a quote for building a site that requires the following:
(1) Splash page with rotating photos
(2) Store (purchase tickets and merchandise)
(3) Blog
(4) Showtimes and seating charts for movies, with the ability to purchase and reserve tickets - this should be updated automatically (probably using a scraper or API if possible)
(5) Profiles with photos and videos of 20 to 40 theaters
(6) Member services - log in to get membership discounts and updates
(7) Calendar - searchable events
(8) This needs to have a CMS so that I can log in as admin and update blog, splash page, store, theater profiles, and calendar
(9) I have a friend that has already agreed to handle the graphic design, so exclude that from the cost

To have that properly done, you're looking at quite a bit due to all the features you want and the API / scraping part.

You could hire this out, but due to the size of the project, you may run into finding developers that will "ACTUALLY" get it done as you want. Your specs are very vague, you need to define them quite a bit more and in detail.

I would try to find WordPress plugins that match as close as possible with what you want. They might not be a perfect fit but at the very least you can save quite a bit.
