He'll serve maybe 5-10 years and be let out. The sentence the judge hands down is not by any means the amount of time you will serve - it's just the maximum. I highly doubt this kid will serve more than 5-10 years, and the only reason he's serving that time is because of his death threat. Plus, I'm sure he's got money stashed away somewhere for when he gets released. Anyone who can make that much cash is no idiot.
