i get sick 2-3 times a year but as of recent I havent been getting sick much at all...(knock on wood)...i would highly recommend incorporating fruits with a high vitamin c content into your daily diet and also consistently workout...you should try to hit a happy medium between cardio and strengthening exercises to keep yourself balanced....
fyi: if you find yourself getting sick consistently 5+ times a year i would highly recommend some form of meditation/breathing martial art you'd be surprised at the how effective they can be and also try to take centrum multivitamins...
