If they are getting declined, should you submit one right after the other or space it apart by a few hours? If you submit them all at once, will the same person review them or is it random?

No cause they will ban you for that too.........just don't submit 100 ads every 10 minutes and you'll be ok.
I submit about 10 to 20 an hour sometimes and I haven't had a single issue yet.

I've noticed that if i submitted 10 ads and an hour later, while they're still pending, i submit 10 more, all 20 are reviewed at the same time. So I'm guessing they review all your ads as they come across your account?

Its like anything else. Don't overdo it. If you have ads that you have taken from another affliate on facebook and so you know they will be approved, just keep resubmitting them at a steady pace till they get approved.
from what I have seen there is no rhyme or reason to when, why and how they are approved. my rep couldn't provide any insight either. i go a week where most of my ads get approved during the morning then the next it might be later afternoon and the next it might be shortly after midnight. Just keep submitting and know that it will change as soon as you think you have it figured out.
