How to contact Avast support about auto-renewals?

I recently discovered that Avast charged me for a renewal of their premium plan without any prior notice. I didn’t see any warning emails, and when I logged into my account to cancel it, the option was buried under layers of menus. Really frustrating experience, especially when you're trying to sort it out quickly before another billing cycle hits.


Tried their chat support — it’s all automated. Eventually came across this page with their customer service info, and surprisingly, it led me to an actual human who helped cancel and refund it:
