How to create a killer landing page..

Hey there,

Yesterday I picked an offer from Copeac, I ran a campaign on adwords for it, I linked directly to my affiliate link. In 30 minutes I made 2 sales, which earned me $60, and $5 spent on clicks. I was happy, and then the next thing I know, that Google hit me with low quality scores, and I had to big $5 for each keyword. Which was shit. So I make landing page in literally 5 minutes, and I start a new campaign, once the visitor clicks on my ad, they go to my landing page that had a picture and then in 3 seconds it redirecting to the affiliate offer. Well in 20 minutes, I made another sale, but bam again, I was hit with quality score. And well now It seems that its time for me to buckle down and actually put serious time into the campaign. Can you guys help me understand what I should list in my landing page, so Google would like it?

And btw, the auto redirect is probably a bad idea.

Is tinyurl adequate for cloaking links or do I have to do all that php redirect shit?

i wouldnt use tiny just because i would prefer keeping everything on my domain. You dont have to go crazy with php redirects either. A pretty simple way to go it to create a directory for links such as yourdomain.com/links and then as the index page create a blank html page with a quick meta refresh to forward to the affiliate link. That way your links will look like yourdomain.com/links or yourdomain.com/links/offer12 rather then an affiliate link and you dont need to mess with php if you dont know it or dont want to.

Now, I know that people love doing PHP Redirects (301) but honestly, are you telling me that the QS bot cant process a simple 301? It seems better, to me at least for the sake of link cloaking to use javascript and window.location, there seems to be alot of arguement but the majority of people are under the impression that the Adbot is alot less likely to follow a JS redirect vs a 301...
