I actually didn't realize how easy this was until the other day.
1. Download & install firebug Firebug - Web Development Evolved for Firefox
2. visit your affiliate company, run a stats report then hit F12

you can edit the page your viewing on the fly and change your stats to whatever you want. Check it out:

(I have to preface this by saying Azoogle is a great company, I do make money with them but definitely not this much. Im not faking their stats as a put down to them as I coudl do the same with any CPA company)

No master photoshop skills required or anything!! So please think twice before you believe anyones stats screenshots because this took me 2 minutes.

Now heres what I want someone to do; start a blog about being a super ppc affiliate. Make some general posts about PPC..you know like how to pick good keywords, make sure to have targeted adgroups. Throw in some facts like 'This one change I made brought me an extra $900 a day in that campaign!'. etc. Keep this going for a month or so, maybe throw in some pics of cool toys, or a car, etc. Then post some outrageous screenshots of your stats. Pick up a ton of new readers, make a few more posts then if your unscrupulous just sell some crappy ebook or series of lessons for $200. I personally woudlnt do that but hey everyone else does. What I would do at that point (once I was linked by all the big blogs, and some big marketers had talked about me) was to just come clean and let people know all the bullshit that goes on in the webmaster world. I would just once and for all like people not to believe everything they read.

it's too bad your not as good at affiliate marketing as you are with useless shit like this otherwise you wouldn't be wasting your time crying and sucking on your mom's tit about other peoples' successes.

Many people do actually fake some of the commissions when they try and get referrals in some of their blog posts. Not all of them do though and I don't really bother writing blog posts so I'm not one of them. I don't even tell others how much I earn.

Do you have an ebook I can buy??? INSTANT MONIES!!11 </sarcasm>

Nubs believe anything I suppose :P

You telling us old shit and this is indeed how some so called 'super affiliates' became popular with a lot of noobie followers! :repuke:
