how to find an affiliate program manager

I accidentally came into a deal that provided me with over 200k of product. I am thinking affiliate marketing is the best way to move this product. but i do not have the time nor the know how to actually setup monitor and manage the affiliates. i posted a ad in the buy sell trade to try to fiind someone interested in handling this for me with no luck.
Do any of you have any suggestions on where the best place to find someone that is knowledgeable enough to do this?


when i say accidentally this is what i mean. i spoke with a ad agency about doing some tv spots and after researching them found alot of negative info along with a phone number of a dissatisfied customer well after speaking with him he passed me on to another guy that had paid them for 20,000 commercials and they never delivered, basically they take your money and run. well anyways the guy that got taken for the 20k commercials was broke but had a warehouse full of this female viagra that he had developed FDA approved and all. well i made an offer. now i need to sell it
 


its 6am and im about to crash so ill be quick.... main problem with this sort of transaction is the fact that the dude with the inventory has no scientific base for his '200k' claim. until the 200k number was signed by notarial act under a legally binding contract and has bank reference tied to it....... the inventory may as well only be worth $20k. after all, a product is only worth as much as the guy next to you would pay for it. and in this case aside from the inventor saying it's worth 200, there is no track record to assume with 95% confidence that bored housewives are going to dish out 200k/# of inventory.

if you do not have a website/LP up then you'll need more the aff managers to get the sales going...
