How to Get an E-mail Notice When A Blog I Like Makes a New Post?

Yes, I know about RSS. I don't want to login into some lame "RSS reader". I want an email. Thanks.

Usually there should be an 2 options to subscribe to the website - either throught rss or feedburner email. If the website don't provide the option to subscribe through email, I don't think there is anyway to go about it.

Or, contact the web owner and ask him to create feedburner rss so that you can get notifications via email.
