How to get around Visa error on facebook??

I know there was a thread on this already but I cant for the life of me find it in search.

I only have Visa cards and they are not getting accepted by facebook. I already applied for a mastercard but its going to take several weeks to arrive.

Is there anything I can do immediately to be able to buy advertising on facebook?

I have no experience with FB but will they take the paypal secure card (mastercard)?
