Yeah I should have been more clear. You can opt to pay cash when you order the food in almost all online places. Fake emails, new accounts, people coming to door with food every 30 minutes/hour and requesting money and getting pissed if you don't have it. Actually saw someone do this on youtube where they auto generated accounts on pizza hut, papa johns, dominos, and staggered the delivery times.

This will be my last online communication with you.

I have a few pretty important nagging issues to take care of. When I am done with it, I will see you in Wauwatosa or where ever I can find you before this year is out. You won't be hard to find.

But seriously to the OP - report this guy to police - that will be the best "revenge" you can get on this guy. Althought it would be fucking hillarious to do the whole pizza thing etc DONT.

It puts you in the firing line in a few different ways. This dick has hung himself multiple times over - those are serious threats which he repeatedly makes against both you and your family. Thats a legit reason to hit the cops - you now have a shit ton of evidence.

Clearly the guy is a fucking psycho.

Keep us updated. You also realize you are going to have to post every day now so that everyone knows you havent been "got"

Yeah, I hope you've already gone to the police.

This guy seems to have a fixation with the idea that murder-suicides are a normal part of everyday life. He's clearly fucked in the head.
