Use the pics (1-3 rotate in per day) to make a useful homepage for college kids -- reference site links, research tools...and of course a google search with your adsense code.
Have the google searches produce ads 20% of the time, that way you don't bombard the regulars with ads, plus less chance your users will become ad-blind.
You could also add a small pitch on the page to buy your college girls screensaver with high quality pics. Or the calender when you make it.
