You took God out of our schools and now look at what we have. We've got kids in black makeup and trench coats shooting innocent God-fearing children in the hallways of our schools while teachers do nothing but look out after themselves. This has spread to our colleges as the recent shooting at Virginia Tech shows. Did you know that a God-fearing cop was shot by one of these satanic atheists that your Godless schools created? What's going to happen when there aren't enough cops left to protect you from this monster that you've created?

Our greatest president Ronald Reagan knew what the Illuminati was trying to do to our schools and he fought against it the best he could. If you don't believe this, then how do you explain that less than 10 weeks into his first term as president, the Illuminati sent an assassin to try to take him out? How do you explain that he got off on "insanity" instead of rotting in a prison? He shot president Reagan and three other people, and no justice was served because the Illuminati controls the court system.

I know some of you guys liked Bush, and I'm sorry to have to let you in on this, but he was one of them too. Hinckley was the guy who shot Reagan, so check this out, straight from Wikipedia:

Now how obvious is that? The Illuminati is in such control of everything that it's ridiculous. They've taken God out of our schools and government, and the next thing you know, they'll want to take God out of church!

Then Holliday responds that "Evolutionary Theory" will be taught as Evolution and Creation not taught?

I understand Creation not being taught, but I do not understand why Evolution is not taught as Evolutionary Theory".

This is a legit question in understanding the nuance of Holliday's letter - I am not trolling for a debate on any of the underlying issues.

It is taught as a theory. Only people who don't understand the difference between theories, facts and hypotheses contend otherwise:

Problems occur when individuals do not understand the precise definitions of the terms they use. Judging from the articles linked and some that I read in those cited from the link - articles such as the NAS Science Evolution & Creationism book - this is much like statistics. I can frame an argument and substantiate that argument, to the uninformed, to suit whatever I'd like. Hence why we precisely define terms when codifying laws or contracts.

I find this common in discussions on Christianity, Real Estate, Finance - you name it.

It seems Line wants to see differentiation within the teaching of evolution between what he called macro vs micro, the former being much more speculative and unsubstantiated than the latter.
 
Additionally, science is not a system of belief. To ask if a scientist ‘believes’ in the theory of evolution is an improper question because the term ‘belief’ implies a position or opinion based on faith. A biologist would properly say he/she understands and acknowledges the evidence supporting the theory of evolution. Belief is an act of faith and is not necessarily concerned with the availability of supporting evidence.
