How to sell website earning $300.00 a month?

Does anyone know a solid place besides flippa or digitalpoint? I don't want to release the url for obvious reasons and I want to target reputable buyers.
This is my first time attempting to sell one of my sites.
Any info helps.

have it appraised first before selling it. There's a section here on wickedfire or you can ask some trusted member it to appraise it for you then do some adjustments so it can sell much more higher funds.
