How well do downloads work with search?

Well I tried the download thing once. 350 usa and 700 international clicks later I had made a whole 4 international downloads for $0.48 total earnings!
Yeah... lesson learned on that. Granted, it was probably because my traffic was less than high quality but it was targeted. I still think that it was partially the offers fault because the only conversions were from people who did not speak english...
My advice: Worth giving it a try, probably worth it to have a really good landing page if the audience needs some incentive to downloads AIDS onto their computer.

2. Haha what exactly do you mean by "more information", like the type of offer? If yes then im talking about downloadable wallpaper, toolbars etc.. That pay when the user downloads.
Was the traffic from search? I wasn't going to bother with an LP and just direct link since it's such a low payout but more importantly the advertisers page does a decent job at pre selling, though I will definitely take creating one into consideration
