Just a quick and simple question: How would you improve Shop4Zero?

http://www.shop4zero.com/

Looking for any types of suggestions here, any sorts of criticisms are welcome. Anything from branding to marketing to promotion or product offer, looking across the board.

If money wasn't an issue, and we have a development team dedicated take care of anything technical, what would you do?

I'd include some sort of "ticker" that said how much money people have earned in cash back to date. Overall, I think you've got a good concept, but I think you need to put something in front of people to say "look chump, all these people are saving all this money, why aren't you?"

Maybe something like "Here are our top savers" and show a list of how much particular members (maybe anonymously?) have saved this month, etc. That is not a bad concept - thanks for the suggestion.

yea theres way too many colors and the main center column doesnt stand out amongst the 2 side columns-try adding more visible lines in between them

I'd enter WHM and press terminate.

Just kidding. You might want to look into getting a redesign .. personally I don't find it all that appealing.

Most of the traffic is coming mostly by word of mouth and returning customers, with some long-tail organic search.

Getting ready to launch a more aggressive marketing campaign soon, which is why we're looking at making improvements on every angle.

busy, busy, busy

The website is very busy. I think you may be able to keep it as it is (almost) except that you need a completely separate intro page that is clean, and has a STRONG CALL TO ACTION!!!! Advertising 101, New people to shop4zero can barely spot the little Join! icon at the top right of the page with all of the busyness going on, plus they are not given a clear reason of why to join.

As for the into page, you could still:
Highlights getting cash back through shopping, games, and referrals, and lists just the major companies (no need to say how much cash back they give). Also for fundraisers or companies that host pages, allow them to customize this intro page with a larger logo (right now it is just tiny) and a small textbox blurb where they can edit a preformed sample of why people should join shop4zero to save money, but also benefit their philanthropy.
