Throw a simple wordpress install on there. Write (or have written) a few articles on cake baking, also post some nice recipes (easily stopen everywhere)
Recommend the shit out of some baking books and goods (amazon), let adsense handle the rest.

I would throw up a nice site, do some SEO and rank that thing. Personally, I think its a good domain, but I would want to keep it for myself.
There is an endless number of possibilities of things you can do with that domain name. I could easily put up over 100 articles on that thing in no time and start raking in the cash...
I wouldn't sell it, I'd keep it for myself, develop it, and see where you are at in 6 months.
