I asked for a domain in a specific niche and OP was nice enough to supply a very decent domain, with not only high metrics (TF20/CF17), the Source Trust Flow is also in the upper 20’s and there’s an incoming link (not newspaper) that I’ll give a [FONT=&quot]small fortune [/FONT]to obtain for my own sites :)

Does what it says on the tin. DA/TF are good, nice link from about.com still intact. Very old domain as well, internet archive has it going back to 2001. Overall a good find.

Only potential downside I saw was that a few years ago until the drop the site changed to Japanese and was topically unrelated to its prior use. Depending on what you're doing with the domain this may or may not be important and of course this is a case-by-case thing.
