Before I did any of that I would confirm the source of the leads... what is the leads' expectation of the list owner?
For example -- if they opted into a list on pet supply coupons then that is what they expect to hear about. If they opted into a list on training tricks, then that is what they expect to hear about.
If they opted into a list on bestiality then they are hoping you'll hook em up with a bunch of other animal fucking freaks.
Knowing what they expect helps you snag better conversions on shit that you do promote.
