Hulu is going to charge your ass

As I've already said on twitter, this is stupid. The networks should be paying hulu, not us. Reason? I have started watching more network shows during primetime only because I got hooked on them previously through hulu. I have a feeling this is quite a common phenomenon.

I assume a lot of this happens, but the oposite for me. I now have no reason to tune in to the actual show on tv when I can watch it on demand. I like the flexibility of watching when I have time, or want to.

I assume it works out more in their favor (advertisement wise) vs say, recording it on your DVR and watching it later.

I wonder if they would let a Canadian pay seeing as I have to use a VPN to watch everything on there.

I've read into this quite a bit recently.

It's to my understanding (which, could of course be wrong) that the site will continue to operate as it does now for free.

Any ADDITIONAL FEATURES they add, would be covered by the premium plan.

Also, circa.

I wouldn't mind paying for Hulu if they actually had a back catalog of previous shows. I'm not going to start watching season 4 of Heroes when I stopped at the beginning of season 2.
