Let's get real
Hey I am not going to comment on the particulars of the OP's case as it wouldn't be cool. But I will say this. We do send out termination letters - maybe a couple each week - for publishers whose traffic gets high invalidations because of lots of duplicates, multiple leads from the same IP, overseas leads for US-only campaigns, repetitive suspicious traffic patterns, etc. etc.
The fact that we don't immediately cry foul in many cases is because we do prefer to give publishers the benefit of the doubt... plus it just takes time to review everybody.
However, even though a lot of people in our industry can conduct business in their boxer shorts (lucky bastards), this IS a business. We have to deliver a solid quality product to keep advertisers coming back and keep everybody getting paid.
