When clients place an order I head over to expireddomains.net to find 5 hyper relevant domains for you.

In case you sell logo's I look for something with logo's in the domain name.

In case you are a plumber in New York I look for domains with the word "plumber" in the domain name (I am not going as far as including cities as that would make the network too narrow) but I do try to make it as relevant as possible.

Often when I enter a main kw like plumber or logos I get like 2000-5000 results from expireddomains.net so I will do some filtering on that based on metrics like C-class IP's / DA / Amount of links etc, to get the best what's available.

Then after we setup the site upload the content and blast it with either 250 or 500 blog posts from my tier 2 network, to increase the relevance even further and to pump up the DA, and thus make the links more effective.

We don't have any sites setup as of now, it's totally created on the fly and I lose direct money on this deal so no review copies unfortunately.

And yes we repurpose the domains but they already have a history relevant to your niche so it matches real well.

Only with the $499,- package based on PR2/PR3 domains the history of the domains probably won't match with your niche as those are MUCH harder to find, if not impossible.

With the $119 package I will own the domains as it eventually will be shared with 5 other customers.

The $249/package I can push the domains to your account after 3 months, as there's a waiting time.

Same applies to the $499/package.

In other words with the $249+ packages you will own the domains and if for some odd reason you want me to keep the domains then you pay the $50/renewal fee as that's what it costs me.

If you don't pay the yearly fee for the $119 package and I have no other customers in that niche then I assume the niche is not so popular (in 1 year time only 1 customer is not much of course) and thus I will let the domains expire, otherwise it will be a losing business for me.

In case there are multiple clients and one decides not to pay the renewal fee but the other does then I just remove the links from the non paying client.

Sometimes both will pay the renewal fee's so that would cover the niches where there's only 1 client who doesn't want to renew, as with this setup it immidiately costs me money instead of makes me money so there will be no shared fee's when there are multiple clients on the same site. I think that's only fair as everyone is here to make money and not to throw it away!

I think there will be many people who don't pay the renewal fee, as 1 year is a long time and when I see what type of garbage sites the people at the other WF build then I don't expect they will rank for a long time to come and thus the renewal would be a waste of money (this is from direct experience of selling 2 years on online forums, seen many sites come and go and seen people buy (spam) service after service that will tank them eventually).
