I experienced a strange phenomenon at Applebees yesterday..

Using the term "phenomenon" was me being sarcastic.. And you had to be there, talking about it obviously doesn't do it justice.

Set aside your bias and just imagine yourself sitting in a restaurant where all the white people are leaving out of the appropriate entrance and the black people (100% that were there, 4 seemingly separate couples) all leave out of a side emergency exit. You can't tell me that's not at least somewhat fucked up / weird.

Was it something we were intentionally looking for? No, but seeing as to how we were sitting next to the emergency exit and getting a whisp of cold air every time the door was opened, we took notice.

As far as bringing it to the forum the next day, it was meant to be somewhat of a spur of the moment / bullshitting / comical observation... but then I guess I forgot we live in an increasingly liberal environment.

Attention FAIL.

I pointed out that he was accused of it in the beginning of the thread and did not then nor has he now denied it. It's pretty obvious that he started the thread, watched people immediately start making subtle black people jokes and bring Obama into it, then had it pointed out that he only seemed to have a problem with it because they were black. And just went right along with it because that was his intent in the first place.

Save the fucking "OMG it's reverse racism" bullshit. Because unless you're a moron it's obvious you're being purposely obtuse... You know damn well if they weren't black he wouldn't even have posted it. amirite?

Wrong again. I would have absolutely no problem posting this same thread about annoying mother fuckers who exit the emergency exits. I have a tendency to go on rants about irritating shit like that for the hell of it.

The whole "do they feel rules don't apply to them" bit could be said just as easily if I were posting this about random individuals doing the same thing. Though I must admit that comment was slightly pushed in the meaning you're insinuating, but that's only based on facts, just look at the prison population.

So now that you've been handled, you can take your blind assumptions and stick em' up your ass ;)

The fuck does the prison population have to do with Applebees? Perhaps they were regulars, who happened to park close to that door! Maybe they were employees who happened to eat in. Perhaps you should find better things to do with your time then worry about what others are doing.

It's not racist to point out a fact (everything I stated was factual), and then to question why..

Do you really think it was a 100% coincidence that it just so happened that every couple that exited the emergency-only exit was black and none white? Trust me, it's not, like I mentioned before - we've seen it happen before.

So that begs the question, why? Why do they do that and I've never seen white people do it? The act itself of walking out an emergency exit isn't a big deal, but that sort of thought process and behavior obviously doesn't end there. Look at the prison population and how it's dominated by blacks, why? Because culturally there's a much larger-than-average disregard for following rules / laws. Which is why I commented, "Do they feel rules don't apply to them?"

Do you really think that sort of thing is a coincidence? I guarantee you based on the things Bill Cosby and others like him have said and written, they wouldn't think so, so are you going to call them racists too?

And I'm sure if you take an Applebees located in some southern hillbilly swamp land, you might find the same shit happening by white trash hillbilly mother fuckers. I understand that and I'm just against those types of people as I am the ones on the flipside.

But I think there is something to be said about your sub-conscious. Not that it's wrong or your fault - but my guess is that several white people used the same exit, you just didn't notice them. The same reason that you magically decide to lock your car door late at night when some black guy walks by but are too busy singing Christina Aguilara to notice the White guy who strolled by 30 seconds earlier.

Or maybe they eat at Applebees all the time and know that the Emergency Exit doesn't sound an alarm. I have a few "favorite bars" where people that know the emergency exit on the side use it for the way in and out religiously because they don't want to wait in line. Nobody seems to think that is weird.
