I just found out I don't have AM at NB...

First month with NB, I made $3k+ then it declines..they have weird tracking issue at least to me. for example, zipcode testing, first day 17% conversion rate, second day no conversion, same traffic from YMS.

Now, they remove AM from my account since I am not making $2500 per month.

Shit, they just dump me because I don't make much money I used to..feel like shit..no network does that to me before..eventhough AM is not calling me anymore..One AM call me every other day when I made $5k+ first month then shit not even a email..:repuke:

Don't feel so bad. One time, a big affiliate I used to bring in big bucks for (over $100k during the lifetime of having my account) sent me a $250 gift cert for Amazon because they mistakenly paid me 1k less one month. They were really kissing my ass. Now that I haven't made nearly as much this year, they decided to drop me completely and terminate my account. So much for loyalty. Pretty screwed up.

That does suck about them not even giving you an affiliate manager. If you are looking for more personal service you might want to look elsewhere. But why would you actually like to be called every other day? I would find that to be annoying.

I've pulled in 15k so far this month and my AM rarely talks to me. They've just grown too fast in my opinion. I love their interface the best, but they could really improve in the affiliate relations department.

I applied today and called the number listed on the confirmation page. I got to talk to someone who promptly forwarded my call to someone who wasn't even in the office. Left a voicemail about 3 hours ago and haven't heard back. Guess they're just too cool for school.

The big affiliates love NB apparently but I had the same experience. Didn't do much traffic and got kicked to general customer service "AM". I can understand that but when I emailed a simple campaign question the response I received was very snippy to the point where they seemed annoyed.

COPEAC and CPA, at least they'll answer your questions nicely and leave you assigned to a real person. Azoogle has had the best customer service IMO.

My AM Tina is the shit, i love her. Stays in contact well but doesn't push too much communication where its like leave me alone. Just met her at adtech too which makes it even better.

I never got the call back. For now I'll work with others.

I like my am at neverblue, my earnings go up and down.

I have one guy who calls me almost daily and I rarely do any business with them...drives me nuts because he is always pushing the same shit.

He is a nice guy just doing his job.

the thing make me mad is I had AM..then they just dump me because I don't bring enough rev..got email back, if you don't bring $2500, you will not get dedicate AM..that is discrimination. Azoogle, Hydra, Rocket don't do this crap.

Well, fuck it..move on..

I just lost my AM there too(I made a little over $2K last month)..looks like it's new policy. Oh well, guess even more of my traffic will now go to Azoogle, where I've had a great AM even when I was making $100 a month.

That is horrible, No company out there should have a base rate for you to talk to a real person. If you make $20 or $100K you should have the same quality service, Other networks dont do that Hydra, CPAEmpire, Copeac, Netblue, Aquasis. That is just wrong IMO. I would say my network doesnt do it either but then you would call it a shameless plug, maybe it is,

I have never really got into neverblue talked to them sometimes but never really got anything going,

I love my AM at NB aswell, i'd still be making $0 if it wasn't for her, now im doing like $7k for the month.

If you make $20 or $100K you should have the same quality service,

I strongly disagree. Whether its codified like a NB or not, the reality is that higher earners receive better service, and rightfully so. We're worth more to the network's bottom line, and thus deserve more resources.

Maybe not having any AM at all is a little harsh for the $2k/mo guys, but I'm not at all against the idea of a sliding scale of service.

I had the same problem with NB. I had to bitch a few times before I got an AM.

My AM at Azoogle is awesome, wish I could produce more for them.
