I want to sell hard links there. How much a UK pr5 site hard links worth? Lets say i sell max 8 out going links?

Just for information.
 
Take a look around the BST on this forum and see what the going prices are. Then adjust for how good your site is (legit site with traffic or just a crappy SEO'd site). And then adjust for having such a low amount available.
 
You can check in digital point forum too, it has a dedicated category for this kind of thing.
 
No dont' Uk pays a cool price for links so keep your site fresh and contact uk sites in your niche. Don't just randomly sell links if you're UK specific.

how can he contact them as per your suggestion?

my 2 cents? go to the BST section. sell the links there for $20-$50 each depending on your niche. 24 hours? sold out
 
Generally it doesn't matter what the PR if you won't have enough customers to begin with. People would appreciate if we will have an idea of the niche your site is targeting.

Page Rank + Good Niche = $$$
Page Rank + porno/pharma/bad niches = shit

If you own youjizz which is a Pr4 Porno sites you won't sell any links here.
 
Contact relevant UK websites (Google search UK pages, go to 2nd page etc) and offer them the link for a price. If it's a decent price and a quality site you'll be sure to get some cash from it.
