I have an LP, no PPC knowledge, no website, what advertising options do I have?

Just a question, I'd like to review all the advertising options there are.

Say, I don't have any PPC knowledge, neither SEO, neither do I own my own website,
How can I promote and generate visitors to my landing page otherwise?

I know there is media buys, what else?

Pay someone else to do it? I mean, be more specific, because there's a ton of advertising methods out there. TV/Radio, Newspaper, Billboards, Flyers (if it's a local site)

Google has TV ads via Dish Network. Media buys is a broad term, too.

I meant online advertising for a random products landing page,
With no website, no ppc advertising, how can I drive traffic to my landing page?
 
PPV, emailing, and media buys are three off hand. You're really boxing yourself in, why won't you do PPC or SEO?
 
Design a LP or 3 for someone in exchange for hosting. Design some banners for someone else in exchange for a domain. Then at least you will have a website.
