I have problem with clickbooth...

Last December I earned about $456. I waited form January, no payment made... I contacted my AM last month, she did not respond... now My earnings disappeared from my account

I submitted my W8 last December too and she said she received it already but until now my account still says :

Account Alert! According to our records, you have not submitted your W8 / W9. Please submit your W8 / W9 so that we can send your payment out right away.

Any problem with them?

You have to send them your W9 to get paid! That's a tax form with your corporate tax ID or your social security number so they can inform the IRS.

I know what it is, and they're asking for a W9 and W8 to get paid. The OP seems to think they're hiding his money, when they're just asking for extra paperwork. If it's just a matter of the W8, send them a copy. Maybe they lost the first one.

Give them a call and talk directly to someone in the accounting department. Just stress that you have already sent it in, it's not your fault, and you'll be paid. Not a big deal.

w9 = u.s. based publishers
