As for ebooks... she's a scammer. She has no idea what she's doing - I've read everything she has on her site, and she is a complete moron. Now she's trying to COACH PEOPLE!!! (shudder)

Not scientology - it's a christian based one, which makes it scarier
 


hehe, one of the links from the main page is MRRB is dedicated to helping oth which leads to a page encouraging people to "tithe" by putting money into her PayPal account that she will ( and I have NO reason to doubt her ) donate to charity. HAH!

Yes, I did speak with her in the beginning - and she used to have a recording on the site with her voice... there is another recording there with her speaking with Alan Brechold (sp?) and a teleseminar she did with an MP3 recording there as well...

The Brooks guy I think is just a friend of hers - whether a relative, an old boyfriend or maybe someone connected to the cult, I don't know. I had a guy call him - it was a riot!! He made it sound like he was a mafia strong-arm and I was his boss or something. I recorded it for posterity :P

But yes, she is a woman. Her last name is really Smith, and her first intial is K. That's all I got.

Hahaha - um... if I could get a real name and actually locate her physical address, I'd sue her for every single minute the site has been online.
I have been through Google, the waybackmachine, Alexa backlinks (only two - and only from her own sites LOL) and I am up against a brick wall, like I said.

I've downloaded every page she has ever published on any site that is infringing on my copyright (yes, I have the source - she can't escape it) and she still maintains multiple copies here and there I think. (just hidden from public view - I have found a few pages like that)
 
Oh, and I have sent email to PayPal and her ISP, but without her real name and address, they won't even give me the time of day.
 
Ummm, how much harm has/will this cause to you/your business?

Are you venting, want some back-alley justice or do you plan some type of legal action?
 
I guess you can always outrank her with sites that out her as a retarded eBook scammer.

I considered it, but it seems like a lot of work doing something so labour-intensive and it's not something I believe in, so why would I do that?

Someone else said something like, "You should just turn the other cheek, become more successful and karma will deal the justice" or something along those lines...

Zayd is right. Revenge is a dish best served cold. By the time you outrank her, the heat will be off. You can spend time making a site with all the info from here, your posts from March over at Warrior *yuk* Forum, your blog post and those of your friend Steve.

Just about the time she thinks she's getting away with something, up will pop your site that'll outrank her for every word and term she could ever imagine to use. After all, you pretty much built the site, right? Shouldn't be hard to beat it.

If you employ some dirty tactics, it'll feel good for the moment but might come back to bite ya later.

Play to your strengths AND hire a good lawyer

I thought you meant to duplicate her stuff and just do it better!!!

I've managed to keep myself from anything crossing the line legally, but this new "Version 2" launch really pisses me off. I really hate to see people getting scammed, just out of ignorance of what she is.

And I do have a lawyer just waiting - there's a PI on the case as well, so I'm hoping this won't be a long haul.

I'd really just like to see her site fall off the map way before then.
