I need a Lead Generation WP Theme

I am developing a professional service directory site. The site will have multiple pages (at least 20) for different service providers. I would like a WP theme that look similar to this: Law/Legal Business Template Preview - ThemeForest (this is html, not WP). The key is that I'd like the image and info in the upper right hand side to be customizable for each page/post.

Does anyone know of a theme/plugin for this or can someone develop something?

Have you tried the socrates theme? I am running it on my blog and it works a treat. cost about $47 but is well worth it.
