I think it isn't. Since experience is a relative concept. One may earn 1000$ in AM monthly and consider himself a newbie, having lack of experience to earn more. Second may earn 100$ and call himself AM guru)

hey, I am around since 93 - but a NEWBIEEEEEE [NEW BE] in WF. Doesn't matter,
you learn everyday just by reading through. Real good advise covered here. You just need to learn to really read my dear.
