I'm a web designer who does very nice work, however I don't want to design websites or really do any work at all. So I want someone whom I can rely on to pass my projects off to and have them build a great looking and well coded website.
The last person I subcontracted for projects made over 40k in just 5 months off of me. However he has not been meeting deadlines and there is a language barrier between us. I'm looking to find a new designer/developer to fill his shoes.
