I need articles spending $100

Ok here it is guys, I am going to spend $100 on articles, I need 10 - 12 500 word articles all on the same niche but I will give you about 5 or 6 specific subjects within the niche and the other articles will be up to you.

Being that I am paying around 2 cents per word, I want high quality work so if that is not you don't bother applying.

I am also getting sick of paying people $5 to test out their article writing skills only to find out they suck more then I do, so if you are interested in the job and I havn't worked with you before, you will be required to write and send to me a 200 to 250 word article on the subject of my choosing, if your writing is up to scratch and delivered in a timely fashion then you have the job.

Of course I expect all articles to be unique and to pass copyscape. Payment will be made via paypal and exact details of how we work out payment will be made via pm

That may be so, but the stuff for 1 cent a word is rubbish so hopefuly at 2 cents per word it doesn't suck so hard. Also this is a $100 job and if up to scratch there will be plenty more work from me. If it turns out 2 cents per word is not enough then I can go higher, just need to start from somewhere I guess.

I've paid people here, I've paid people from DP.

I've paid "writers" from .01 a word to .15 a word.

If someone can't write for .02 a word, paying the same person .20 a word isn't going to help matters any.

If you're looking for good content, pay for it. Buy it from someone who knows writing. It will pay for itself in the time you don't have to spend re-writing and probably convert better.

The quality of work that I've gotten from paying .02 a word was not....uh....magazine-quality. At best it was a good starting point for an extensive rewrite.

Of course, the definition of "high-quality content" differs from person to person as well.

If he's looking for magazine-quality material, he'll likely need to pay magazine-quality rates. Top tier writers start at roughly $0.10.

You can likely find plenty of solid writers closer to $0.05 per word, but unless you're very lucky, it's unlikely you'll find the more standard definition of "high-quality" for less than that.

You're so right. The problem is that there are a lot of people who, because their own writing skills are so poor, don't recognize bad writing when it's staring them right in the face.

I can tell after the first 200 words or so if something has been written by someone with a good grasp of the english language, or if it's been written by someone from India or if it's from a wordspinner.

I have to disagree that top-tier magazine writers will start at .10 a word, unless it's generic content that requires little to no research. But then that might be what you meant...

And really, what is top-tier anyway?

You're right - top-tier magazine writers easily make $1-2 or more per word.

Those who can write material worthy of print work at professional rates. Those rates are generally accepted to start closer to $0.10-$0.20 per word for most online materials. Rates for specialized material and the equivalent of print will naturally be much higher. That's all I meant by "top-tier." :)

Of course you already know this since you mentioned paying up to that rate for work previously. *wink*
