Isn't it all relative? I've heard the opposite, that Argentine women are skankier than Brazilian. Also I've been told American women are prude compared to latin American women in general.

From my experiences in both countries I would say Brazilian women are definitely skankier. Argentine women REALLY make you work for it and you have to almost court them in a traditional manner.

Brazilian women will question your sexuality if after a minute of talking you haven't stuck your tongue down their throat. Unlike America, however, making out is not an assurance that you will get anything more, Brazilian women just love to kiss.
