I've been doing a bit of thinking lately and noticed that many small and start up businesses miss out on a lot of good business because:
Basically, I've been planning to start something like "outsourced telephone operators" for small businesses - Inbound as well as Outbound, completely customized as per the client's request.
These big call centers don't accept small clients and even when they do, they fuck it up big time.
I'm just thinking of offering some sort of solutions for these poor dudes who could probably mint money with such a service available.
Do you guys see a market for such a service?
The pricing would be something like $1500-2000 for a single technician and about $1000-1500 for a tele-marketer. (+ call charges through their preferred VOIP provider).
Now as all of you already know DumDum is from India and yes, most of you have had a lot of bad experiences with outsourced support techs but many of you who have used my services in the past already know that my guys are different from the other 'Asians'.
The grammar and English is certainly good enough to work with, and would do just fine for written content like Live Chat support etc.
However, I don't think I would be able to find guys who could fake an American or English accent very well but they certainly will be clear and understandable easily!
So what do you guys think? Shall I start working towards it?
If any of you are in need of a tele marketing or a phone support solution, do PM me since I'd definitely love to know what you're looking for as a part of my research.
Also, what kind of infrastructure investments am I looking at? I assume a decent VOIP provider along with a solid ISP would be good enough to start with.
PS: I'm thinking of offering completely customizable solutions wherein the client provides the cold call sales script or a call module for tech support and the operators would be trained accordingly.
They would be transferring calls to the client if required whenever he/she is available/online.
Do give me your feed back and any good advice or suggestions will be REWARDED WITH MORE BOOBS AND A BIG THANK YOU!!.
- They don't have any employees or office to handle phone calls. - May it be sales or support
- They have good data but can't do telemarketing because they don't have anyone to make those calls. (Most might want to do it themselves but decide otherwise to save them the embarrassment of being asked to fuck themselves in the ass for disturbing the prospect while he's getting his cock sucked by his secretary)
