i want to change your homepage..

Ok ...so this is what i want to do but i don't know if it's possible or if it's even legal. I want to change the user's homepage to a URL that i choose.

So basically is there anyway that i can change the user's homepage legally? (i dunno....by asking or telling the user that the homepage will change makes it legal?)

Will his browser allow me to do that? What kinda script do i need to use...?
Any body has some experience with this idea?

if the user is aware and accept the homepage change I don't see why this would be illegal. I think that you can change it via a javascript or if the user installs your software you can change in the installation package....

Thanks for the link nogenius . I'm gonna try to incorporate this idea into some other ideas that i have and if it works I'm gonna share it here.
