Alright so I guess I was the only one to take the OP up on his review offer so here's my review -
Overall I am very satisfied with his work. I was basically looking for someone who could do some semi-aggressive seo work on sites I didn't care much about and didn't have time to rank myself. So I figured I'd test outsourcing everything to him and me not worry about it for a month. He ranked me in the 14th position on a medium difficulty term - impressive. Only catch is I had the exact match domain, so you're probably thinking "well anyone can do that", and you might be right but the thing is that I didn't want to think about or look at the site for a month; and then wanted to check it and have good rankings - only way to do that is pay someone. He delivered that for me, and I would use him again.
Pros:
He does his seo work and doesn't bother you too much.
You see results.
He sends you a good report.
Cons:
He emailed me half way through the project asking for payment which I didn't like b/c we had already agreed to payment at the end of the month.
Given the amount of services he does for you, you can probably get them cheaper if you individually got them done BUT there is a lot to be said for letting him do everything and you not worry about it.
Summary: I recommend him and would use him again. Keep in mind, this is only if you don't have time to seo as much as you want and don't mind paying a slight premium for it. At the end of the day, he delivered better results than I expected.
