Ha ha..No I'm not a communist, and I'm not saying that these people should be forced to sell their domains, but for the love of god, at least do something productive with these domains. I guess I'm jealous too. I only really hate them when it's a domain that I could use and would be happy paying a fair price, yet they refuse to sell AND have no plans to develop the domain.

well, at least domainers sell domains unlike "non-profit" ppl like gail and purple and facilitate transfer of domains to the guys with deeper pockets to develop them afterwards.

It wasn't purchased that long ago for 13 mil at a foreclosure auction and all previous businesses there were a complete failure. I would have said "give them time" but have you looked at the current site there? Holy shit, what a fucking joke! It's not rocket science and yet they can't even pull off the simplest of concepts. Also lol at blurring out everything... what a failure.

And how any fucking times I send emails to all sorts of people to give me the EMD that is on page 2 or 3 with 5 pages of content... I always get the same reply. "This is not for sale." On the other hand, all my hyphenated domains with .org and .net have douchebags of all shapes and sizes wanting to sale me the hyphenated .com Godaddy being the douchebag number 1.

Do you honestly think they don't know what they are doing? I'm sure they have rejected countless offers anywhere from xx,xxx-xxx,xxx

Most people here would trade most or all of their portfolio for that one domain.


It is likely she is well aware of the appraisal value of the domain.

Once she places ads on the site she would vanquish all these free banklink opportunities from people calling her an idiot.

More Backlinks obviously mean more long-term value if she ever did sell. (maybe she wants to keep it for life and pass it down to her kids in her will, who knows)
