Haha...yep those are all re-direct links used by IAG and all their fake subsidiary companies (College Media, Roadway to College). Glad to see the industry is catching on. Thanks for posting Dave...better watch out they'll put a bounty on your head!

Bumping this thread from oblivion, but I have to share the same news this OP posted. I have been in this industry for 8 years and for the past year, I have worked as a contractor for 2 companies. BOTH of those companies, we received thousands of fraud leads from IAG/CMC, etc. While our insertion orders clearly stated that the advertiser determines what is and what is not a bad lead, the crazies over there are filing SUIT on both of the companies for non-payment on FRAUD LEADS.

Not only that, but I know of 7 other very highly regarded networks in the industry undergoing legal battles with IAG's in house attorney Michael Romm and the rest of the nutjobs over there.

I'm not quite sure why anyone would bully up on the OP because he doesn't have a picture of him/herself in front of the building. That's ridiculous.

I would be happy to answer any questions if you PM me on here. I am not making false claims.

There is a lot of controversy with IAG & IMA running EDU offers. This guy is not bullshiting you... We receive many notifications letting us know not to hand out our EDU offers to them or their network of edu sites.

Ok, gentlemen enough is enough. I am tired of people bad mouthing companies and individuals while hiding behind this curtain of anonymity. I am Michael Weinsoff the CEO of College Media Corporation and IAG Interactive. I am also an investor through IAG Interactive in Roadway to College and Degree Search USA. This should not be news to any true internet professional. Press releases and transaction announcements went out years ago on each transaction. Just Google it! FYI, all companies are marketed and managed separately. In fact…. They see each other as competitors.

It appears the two individuals who are posting these negative statements blindly are one a disgruntled former employee and two a former client who was PAID by the end client for the leads we produced but refused to pay us. Shame on them both. First for being cowards and hiding behind anonymous screen names and second for spewing lies.

Both myself and my people do not hide behind anonymous posts and screen names. I am easy to find. My name is on the corporate web site as is my phone number. If you have a question or want to discuss any issue out in the open please call. I will not respond to blind posts or blind emails. I expect professionals to act as such and identify themselves in a business like manor. I try to return all calls.

You can also email me at Michael@iagcorp.net I look forward to all comments..

So he's an investor in 3 competing companies, does that make any business sense? Does Coke own stock in Pepsi? His business sense is worse than his grammar. I'm just gonna stay away, plenty of other lead providers out there.

Actually yeah because if Coke fails Pepsi banks and vice versa so you're basically insuring yourself against a huge loss by canceling out potential loss. Whereas if both companies bank then you ultra bank. And it's implausible for both of them to fail simultaneously. yayuh boy :stonedsmilie:

Mr LeadMaverick
Many companies in this industry and other industries own or invest in multiple companies. In fact, some of the biggest players in this industry own several companies that compete for business. It’s actually very common. I invite you to call or email me directly. Let's get to know each other as business people and maybe something good will come of it. I would be happy to take your call. You may be surprised by what you discover. FYI…… Microsoft is one of the largest individual investors in Apple.

I call bullshit - proof please?

A quick look and I can't seem find anything that backs up that claim apart from some non-voting shares MS had to buy as part of a court settlement. They converted and then sold all of those in 2003. Rumour is they still own around 0.0046% through a private capital fund but that is nothing compared to the largest institutional investors who each individually own between a full 1% and 5% of stock.

Heard 6 or 7 people got fired from AIG this week. Only time until one of them show up on here to bring more good news about this company...

He was probably hoping a quick law suit would raise some capital to keep the company chugging along.

Bump

Sadly I am on an NDA and am in a pretty sticky situation with this company. Listen to the guy who created the thread, he speaks of the truth.

My legal bulldogs are on this atm.

Can't provide proof because its gonna make the situation worse.

I have heard very bad things about this company as well, screwed a few buddies of mine. One of them is slapping a lawsuit on these guys as well. I'd stay away :)

:(

Ay! Someone who thought they knew me asked when I used to work for IAG. They thought I used to work for IAG cuz of the stuff I wrote about being subject to an NDA. No I never worked for IAG, I wrote what I wrote in my posts based on rumors, but I really didn't know for myself. Meanwhile, since my first post I have worked out my situation with IAG. I am happy to say that IAG listened to my problem and were receptive to my needs. I do not foresee any problems with IAG in the future. I apologize to IAG for the stuff I wrote about them. It was wrong of to me to write bad things about them based on rumor, especially when the stuff I wrote turned out to be untrue.
