Idea Thread For Wicked Fire Get Ripped Challenge Round Two

err... as one of those who did not complete, I am up to compete this round.

When is the start?

::emp::

I'll compete this round too.

Last exam tomorrow, and was planning on getting ready for summer physically anyway.

ill go in on this, but is this only for people trying to lose weight, or can skinny guys trying to get mass be in

Just decided to post so 3 James' were replying in a row.

But in all seriousness, I'm willing to participate. It's weird that this thread popped up right when I started going to the gym.

I thought it was hillariouse wearing a borat mankini to a festival about 2 weeks ago - then I saw the photos. I knew I was pushing a bit of a beer gut for the last 2 or 3 years but godammit, where did I get all that extra flab from??

I'm soooo in for the next round!! Gonna get toight. Toight like a toiger!!!

Apr 15th to July 15th gets another vote from me.

suggestion. Require before photos so show both relaxed and flexed versions of front and side shots. This will quell any nonsense in the voting that we ran into this round.

This is a good idea, IMO. At least, make it a rule that the before and after pics have to be the same. I.e. both flexed or both relaxed.

I also started the gym about a week and half ago and am currently bulking. I'd join the challenge but my goal isn't to get ripped yet..

I'm in, but no Acai this Time!! Too many people were getting ripped in 30 days, and basically ruined the whole thing for the rest of us. If Acais allowed then I'm out!!

lol mont gave away HGH oral spray last time. I got a kick out of that.

Yea, in hindsight, giving performance enhancing supplements away free to the competition probably wasn't my best idea if I really want to win ;)

Every man/woman/child for themselves this time. Who is donating prizes? If we have enough participants, maybe we should vote for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc, assuming there are enough "sponsors" willing to give away good prizes.

mont you can't possibly have been pushing HGH sprays for so long that you believe in the product. Dude... HGH molecules are too big to penetrate the membranes in the mouth and they break down in stomach acid. Injections are currently the only form of HGH that do a damned thing. That being said.. I aint hatin... rep your shit... just seems silly to do it to other AMs ;-)

P.S. I'm down to donate a prize for this shit.... Lemme think of something good in the $200-300 range and I'll get back at the thread.

Product Description
The Cowon V5 is a digital media player that makes sense. While it plays multiple audio formats, it plays video with up to 720p HDTV performance. The difference is...instead of squinting at a 3-inch screen, the Cowon V5 offers a 4.8" screen. It's got built-in games for even more on-the-go entertainment possibilities. A USB 2.0 port allows file transfers with a PC or Mac computer. Need more memory or want to pop in some music or video on the fly, there's an SD SDHC memory card slot for using optional cards with.

A really cool feature that goes along with this large screen is the realistic ability to use this as a text or E-book reader. The Cowon V5 is a truly wonderful portable media player that is ready to handle your entire player needs - and perhaps a little more. You can use it as a voice recorder. It even has a built-in microphone.

The V5 is small, thin, lightweight and can go anywhere. It's rechargeable battery delivers long, practical play life. Cowon makes it to be used and enjoyed.

I registered last time, but did not enter due to NO TIME again.

Well, my FAT ASS is now up to 280 lbs. which at 5' 8" and 45 yo definitely makes me "Morbidly Obese".

I was looking for a 6 month run for maximum results. I'm down for whatever is decided though.

So, are we going to start a New Forum for the second challenge over there or are we going to use the same "Entries" forum for this one as well.

I will warn you here and now, the pics I post will not be for the faint of heart. lulz

I start hitting the weights this coming Monday 4-12-2010, so I will take my before pics Sunday and then post them up once I find out how the entries will be done for this round.

I'll start my own log and then post it up after I know what's going on.

Thanks Dreamache for the site setup.

It will be a pleasure kicking everyone's ass yet again.

Wat.

No, but really, I'm excited to see such a great turnout already for the second round. I'll tell you, though. The hard part is keeping it up for three months. It may sound easy, but it's not.

I spent two of those three months eating almost the same thing and doing the same workout every three days. It's brutal. This time, I'll be switching it up so that I enjoy it, and not consider it as much of a chore.

PS: ApexSEOrm, that looks beautiful. And I'm an Apple fanboi.

I think there should be a 1st 2nd and 3rd winner and better prizes. Like a Macbook Pro or some shit. There will definitely be more people competing vs. that

throw your prize in the pot. Its easy for you to say what you want for a prize... putting something in the pot is completely different though isn't it ;-).

P.S. if a mac book is the top prize Im taking 2nd place on purpose. :P
