Ideas for the next WFCompetition (#3)

So I would really like to get the 3rd one going within the next few days.. Reason being, if we have it going for 90 days, it will be just before January 1st, which is obviously the most ideal time to start the 4th contest..

Now we can do it normally where it's simply about the biggest transformation (whether it be muscle gain or fat loss) as we've done in the previous 2 contests, or we could do something different since we're really in an "off-season" type of time.. We have the holidays coming up when it's particularly tough to watch what we eat..

My personal idea is to have the competition geared towards building the most muscle.. That way it's quite a bit easier to deal with given the holidays, then we can hit up cutting on the January competition.. I know personally I'm going to try and put on 15 or so lbs and really hit the weights hard before January..

^-This may not be a popular idea, which is fine and it's up for debate..

May be best to just stick with the current theme so everyone can do it..

Any competition will be hard due to the different body types, but if you go with muscle growth just base it on percentage and it should work. As someone who recently started hitting the gym, competitions always seem to help keep focus and drive.

Problem is is people can lie about their #'s, that's why it's best to just solely base it off of before/after pics. We combat the issue of fake entries by requiring some sort of WF sign being held in the pic with the persons username..

And of course it is difficult because of body types, but really this is somewhat just a fun thing and not some super competitive contest.
 
This seems awesome. A month ago I started a program and it'd be great to participate in something like this.

I'm all for muscle gain. And 90 days seems to be a pretty good amount of time to produce some visible results with some serious commitment.
 
im in on this one,
just do it biggest transformation whether it be muscle mass or cutting.
 
I need to lose weight too. There shouldn't be a theme because everyone is aiming for a different gold. I think it should be like the others with most improvement. Like if someone lost 25 lbs and 10% bodyfat that is way better then gaining 10 pds of muscle
 
Ok we'll do it as the biggest transformation (positive transformation).. but the start date, I'm not sure Oct 1. is the best idea.. I know it's nice to start at the beginning of a month, but we need to start the next competition on January 1st for sure, that one is a no brainer.. And we need at least 5 days for voting..

So how about the 25th? 5 days from now.. ?
